BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Reporting to the CFO his/her main responsibilities will be:

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES:

• As Business Controller he/she will be work close with the business, providing relevant insights, ensuring accuracy of financial data, planning, forecasting and analyzing as well as supporting the administrative team.
• Conduct business performance analysis to identify, investigate and understand operational Production plant processes and business unit results and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Prepare, challenge and explain accomplishment of budgets and forecasts in coordination with Operations, Commercial and Sales teams.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as well as CAPEX forms including rationale for the investment and calculation of expected financial return.
• Compile financial and non-financial data from different sources and create meaningful and timely reporting that will aid decision-making.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial closings providing expertise in financial control and accounting.
• Drive process improvements in working capital management.
• Performing business process assessments, design & implementation of internal controls best practices solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in the integration of the different sales units into the Group guidelines, working closely with IT and Finance Dep to implement standardized group processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated ability to understand key drivers for the business and "get behind the numbers", identifying business cases for new opportunities.
• Experience in implementation and use of financial dashboards/analysis tools.
• Experience in dealing with manufacturing accounting, variance analysis, plant operations and managing multiple projects
• Experience building strong working relationships across different seniority grades
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint user.
• Advanced level of English is Mandatory.
• Attention to detail and strong financial control. Proactive attitude adding value to the business.
• Communication and negotiation skills to provide rounded opinions and clear recommendations for profiles within the organization
• Integrity and judgement, proactive attitude adding value to the business.
• Three to five years in auditing, analyzing internal controls (purchasing processes, sales, demand management, etc.).
• Experience in an industrial environment is an asset.
• (very nice to have) Previous experience in Audit.
• (very nice to have) Power BI knowledge.
